Josh Hinkle

DVM

Education:
Dr. Hinkle is an Elizabethton native. After graduating from the University Of Tennessee College Of Veterinary Medicine in 2002, Dr. Hinkle served in the United States Army Veterinary Corps until 2008. He joined Robinson Animal Hospital in 2012, where he has a special interest in veterinary dentistry. Dr. Hinkle is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association, as well as the Veterinary Dental Society.

Dr. Hinkle is married to Dr. Tonya Hinkle, and they have one daughter, Olive. They are the proud owners of 2 cats, Banana and Miss P.P., and one handsome canine, Finn. Dr. Hinkle’s interests also include running and sailing.

Dr. Bill Sybers, DVM

Bill Sybers grew up in a cornfield in Iowa and on the beach in Florida. After getting degrees in English and History and working as a journal production editor for a decade, he got the crazy idea to become a veterinarian. He joined the Robinson family in 2007. He and his amazing wife, Patty, have four kids and a host of dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks. He likes to cook (and eat), read, and do puzzles.

During her educational years, Dr. Khan received numerous accolades and awards. She has done extensive volunteer veterinary work in the Johnson City area and joined us in July of 2016. She is here to love your pets and give them the best care possible!

Dr. Pisacano grew up north of New York City and has lived in New England, Montana, California, and now Tennessee. He loves the variety of general practice and the challenges of emergency and exotic medicine. He lives with his wife, Dr. Rachel Fogg, a handsome son, a beautiful daughter, and a multitude of family pets. They love playing golf and tennis at the Johnson City Country Club and being outdoors exploring the mountains, waters, and woods of Appalachia. Of course this is as long as their heartworm, flea, and tick preventive are up to date!

Jessica Barrowclough, DVM

Dr. Jessica Barrowclough was born and raised in Johnson City and is proud to call this area “home.” After working in public relations for a brief time, she decided to follow her passion to become a veterinarian. This was certainly driven by her beloved Weimaraner, Mariposa. She loves all things related to general veterinary practice and is a huge believer in general wellness and especially loves those new puppy visits when she can get the young ones off to a really great start. She has a special interest in dermatology and oncology and plans to pursue continuing education studies in both areas.

Along with her husband, David, she is the proud mommy of two handsome sons and one beautiful daughter. Their home is complete with the addition of their perfect canine companions. Her hobbies include travel, summers on the lake, and time with

Rachel Fogg, DVM

Dr. Fogg is from Birmingham, Alabama and is thrilled to be back in the South after six long years in other areas. Upon completing her internship, she practiced both as an ER doctor and as a relief veterinarian for family practice. Her veterinary interests include critical care, neurology, soft tissue surgery, and feline medicine. She has an affinity for ultrasound technology, and often teams up with her co-workers in this regard. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, canoeing, and playing golf or tennis with her husband, Dr. Pisacano. Their family includes one handsome son, a beautiful daughter, loyal dogs and beautiful cats.

Jessica Knisley

Dr. Knisley hails from Circleville, Ohio, but has found her home in the beautiful mountains of East Tennessee over the last eight years. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery, nutrition, and feline medicine. She is a passionate advocate for each of her patients and strives to provide the best care possible! Her hobbies include crafting, crocheting, and playing piano and flute (or any other instrument she can get her hands on!). She lives with her husband, Timothy, along with their two spoiled cats, Mushu and Juno.
